Jacob Oram is one of the most talented bowlers of the New Zealand Cricket team. He has a natural solid medium-fast bowling skill and an aggressive approach with the bat. He came back stronger than ever in 2002-03 and conserved a place for himself in both the Test and one-day international sides. In 2003-04, he narrowly missed out on a century, as he struck 97 against Pakistan. In the first Test against South Africa, he carved 119 not out and then 90 in the second Test, which earned him a touring spot for the England series in 2004. He managed to maintain his place for the Bangladesh tour in 2004-05. He is one of the key performer player of the New Zealand Cricket team.
